EVA Resin Electrical Insulation Protective Clothing Fabric Product Overview This EVA resin electrical insulation protective suit is specifically designed for electricians and high-voltage operators. It complies with the XF3008-2020 standard for firefighter protective clothing and offers exceptional electrical insulation and chemical resistance. Fabric Features Anti-sting force: ≥20.4N Tensile strength: >650N Tear strength: >60N Abrasion resistance: Withstands >2000 friction tests under ≥9KPa pressure without wear-through Seam strength: ≥200N Technical Characteristics Protective Performance: Provides acid and alkali resistance, flame retardancy, and is suitable for rescue and hazardous operations in environments containing gasoline, acetone, ethyl acetate, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, and sodium hydroxide. Key Parameters: Acid resistance: The fabric remains impermeable for 1 hour under 80% H₂SO₄, 60% HNO₃, and 30% HCl solutions. Alkali resistance: Impermeable for 1 hour in 6.1mol/L NaOH solution. Flame retardancy: Damage length ≤10cm, after-flame time ≤5s, afterglow time ≤10s, no molten droplets. Heat aging resistance: No stickiness or brittleness after 2 hours at 125℃. Cold resistance: Withstands -15℃ for 5 minutes, maintaining flexibility without cracks after a 180° fold. Gasoline resistance: No cracks or stickiness after 60 minutes of immersion in 120# gasoline. This protective suit provides reliable safety in high-voltage electrical operations and chemical protection environments.
